Welcome to PhysicianPal ("Service"), operated by Physician Pal LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed healthcare professional to use PhysicianPal.ai.

2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for clinical documentation purposes only.

3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account with others.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or non-clinical purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit the Service.

5. Subscription & Trial
PhysicianPal offers a free 7-day trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Data & HIPAA Compliance
You agree to use the Service in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws. We implement safeguards to protect PHI, but you are responsible for proper use in your clinical setting.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its founders, officers, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
